This 4-course dinner and wine pairing will be presented on board by Adam Pawlak, Executive Chef/Owner of Egg & Flour and Hell's Kitchen 19 Contestant.
Lobster salad- endive, butter, lobster meat, creamy dressing, chives, parmesan, garlic aioli, lemon oil. Bread crumbs
Corn soup- smoked bacon- black truffle- sorrel
Dry aged Filet of Beef- Stacked bechamel Potato- Crab Butter/ crispy brussels
Raspberry Cheese cake- Graham cracker brittle
