Cancellation Policy
Public cruise tickets may be cancelled 5 days/120 hours hours prior to the cruise date. The purchaser has until **5 days prior to the cruise date to cancel a reservation and be refunded in full minus a 3% credit card processing fee to cover credit card transaction fees. If you are within the 120 hour window for your cruise, your tickets can no longer be changed or refunded.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for missed cruises. Please ensure that you arrive with enough time to secure parking and collect your boarding pass before your scheduled departure time.
Though many seats are available within our main cabins, we do not guarantee a chair for every passenger aboard our public cruises. Guests are free to move about the cabin and decks throughout the entirety of the cruise. Call 414-276-7447 with questions or to make adjustments to your cruise reservations.
